Reduced service – Team building
Like every year at this time, we decided to take a few days off from Monday September 22 to Friday September 26, 2025.
We might be a little less responsive than usual during that time frame, but will remain available by phone and email.
As usual, do not hesitate to leave a voice message or send us an email, we will process them as quickly as possible.
No onsite interventions will be possible that week, other than for real and high emergencies. If you need us to pass by around this period, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can organize ourselves either before or after.
Likewise, any other request that can be processed before will allow us to better enjoy this week… so do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible if arrivals or departures are planned or if you need new equipment for example.
As you can imagine, our colleagues face a high level of pressure throughout the year. It’s not often that they receive calls just to say everything is going smoothly or that a request can wait 馃檪 That鈥檚 why we want to sincerely thank them for their dedication, which is at the heart of the quality of Novabee鈥檚 service.
We鈥檒l also take this opportunity to explore ways we can continue to improve.
