Reduced service – Team building
Like every year at this time, we decided to take a few days off from Monday September 25 afternoon to Friday September 29 in the morning.
We might be a little less responsive than usual during that time frame, but will remain available by phone and email.
However, the support will be potentially unavailable:
- Tuesday 26 from 2 p.m.
- Wednesday 27 from 2 p.m.
- Thursday 28 from 4:30 p.m.
As usual, do not hesitate to leave a voice message or send us an email, we will process them as quickly as possible.
No onsite interventions will be possible that week, other than for real and high emergencies. If you need us to pass by around this period, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can organize ourselves either before or after.
Likewise, any other request that can be processed before will allow us to better enjoy this week… so do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible if arrivals or departures are planned or if you need new equipment for example.
As you can imagine, our colleagues are under high pressure throughout the year. Nobody ever calls them telling them that everything is fine or that a request is not urgent 馃檪 We would therefore like to thank them for their efforts which make up the quality of the Novabee service. Rest assured that we will also take advantage of this time to find ways to further improve ourselves.
